Global Intel Hub — 10/17/2026 (Joseph Gelet Sr, Author) We need an intelligent financial system that is based on math and technology, optimization, that uses computers to calculate value, not to suck value to the most greedy economic actor.  Not only is the debt central bank system unfair, it literally eviscerates value at the top end.  The Elite suck Trillions of dollars from the masses, only to indulge in obscene luxuries and invest in more power and control (like funding protests, hijacking the political process, buying the media, etc.)

A strong civic society needs a system that is self-policing, that checks honesty, trickery, skullduggery, Monopoly, and anti-competitive behavior.  Capitalism as is brought the world out of physical slavery with the industrial revolution, but there was a catch.  It also produces a “Robber Baron” class that is unelected, self-governing, and oppressive.  For example, the Elite’s hire brilliant advisors who create billion dollar campaigns to create fake crisis like “Racism” when in fact the only real discrimination is class based, not race based.  If you are rich, you can practically murder someone publicly and get away with it (OJ).  If you are poor, well, you can be a scapegoat for a rich guy.  The Elite not only indulge in wealth, power, and strict physical domination of the economy, they encourage more of the system that created them – logically, they invest in more Establishmentarianism, and more status quo – while giving some bones to chew for the masses.  Who doesn’t want to go on a cruise?

Boeing 737 was created in 1964 and first was flying in 1967 – meanwhile, we have recently learned the military has faster than light craft, and other miracle technology that is kept hidden under lock and key.  There is no question, the Elites, the Governments, the cartel they have formed “Deep State” will never give up this power, they will never give up their wealth, they will never admit to hiding technology, to hoarding, greed, to obscene vices that could otherwise feed millions.  Also, they will never invest in something that would give them less power and control.  Here’s the problem with current solutions.  

You can’t convince any of them to fund a different system, just like you can’t convince someone to fund their own competitors.  They aren’t going to burn their own house down.  Funding a revolution to burn their house down also isn’t a solution.  We need something that is dynamic that can be a transition to a new paradigm based on abundance, cooperation, exploration, joy, higher states of consciousness, and well being.  Capitalism as obviously evidenced by the Pharmaceutical industry profits from pain and suffering.  They don’t want you to die, they want you to be suffering in a semi conscious state, alive enough to push the factory buttons but not well and wealthy enough to quit, to fund an alternative system with your time, etc.

So what is the real solution?  A new system “Intelligentism” frankly just based on Intelligence which means evolutionary computer algorithms, “Genetic Algorithms” wherein the humans set the parameters.  It’s not a specific system.  It’s not another ISM.  It’s the Anti-ISM ism.  It’s the last “System” we need.  It’s simply the means to de-couple ourself from the thousands of years old Feudalism.  Some smart guys will be paid tens of millions of dollars to set fitness of the GA for ‘happiness’ similar to the happy index, for the planet – first in USA, of course.

The “AI” boom will soon provide so much abundance that we can have a practical discussion about it, but that’s not all.  We can’t sell this idea to anyone, but we can do it.

I’m going to do it.  I’m going to be the World’s first Un-Billionaire.  I’m going to impose an algorithmic income cap on myself, but it’s not a hard limit – it’s going to evolve.  The question is when is enough enough?  How much can any human being consume?  How big of a house, lifestyle, etc. does one need to be satisfied?  And as if often the case, less is more – the super rich don’t necessarily enjoy things more than the lower classes.  In fact it’s often the opposite.  

Wealth generation is healthy up to a point, and then it becomes toxic.  Building a fortune for your family is a normal nesting instinct, but using wealth to destroy other families is toxic.  Very few Billionaires, really only a few, actually resonate with this.  But with the SpaceX IPO we are going to see a new class of millionaires and billionaires that think differently, they think like engineers, like entrepreneurs, like real people with families.

Here’s just one example: Keep all income up to $10 Million in a year, after that keep only 10%.  It can be a waterfall but think about  this – do you need more than $10 Million in a single year?  Why?  I’m referring to an individual income.  Companies have payrolls, responsibilities – this is for a single individual.  I’m not going to get into the comparing pots and pans and I don’t think this is mutually exclusive with the current form of Monopoly Capitalism.  I work with those guys and those companies and they are smart and I’m not criticizing them or anyone or suggesting we uproot our system.  It works, it’s great – life is good!  I’m just suggesting that, here’s a way we can take our Planet to the next level.  We have enough resources RIGHT NOW I mean without Free Energy to solve all problems of the world in 1 day, simply – end crime, hunger, poverty, illness.  But we are not aligned.  Our incentives are not aligned.  What is going on in Ukraine?  Why do we continue to fund weapons of mass destruction, Biolabs that create COVID which was a juicy lucrative business, election fraud and other scams?  It’s the old way of thinking.  And of course most of the Billionaire class is not involved, they are in the game of pass the blame hot potato around, it’s not me with Epstein, oh but you’re all missing the point!  Epstein is just a trafficker, but not only humans – he’s a gatekeeper to the underworld.  Yes folks, there is slavery, human trafficking, Satanists, and the higher up you go, it’s super powerful and wealthy people.  Getting into name calling isn’t the point.  There will be no justice for wrongdoers greater than reincarnating into a life of karmic bounce back.

And again, this is what I am doing, and I think if this catches on, it can really create a singularity, a tipping point, a critical mass, super critical.  This is a volunteer system – the huge difference is there’s no selling, no convincing.  Traditionally all revolutions have been funded by an intellectual thesis “Communism” “Collectivism” etc. ad nauseum.  The problem with all of them, the reason why there is no change, it replaces one with the other – what we need is a real Intelligent system where computers do the calculations.  Imagine a world where when you go to pay for your potatoes the money in your bank account and the money you pay Wal Mart for the potatoes, is calculated at the point of sale, and it includes things like M3 (Money Supply), the value you provide the economy, etc.  To be clear, this system will be supported by mass worldwide UBI, so just by having a pulse you have the right to basic income, housing, food, clothing, and 1 device not a phone (or something like that).  For example my kid’s private school gives them iPads with all educational games like “Stack the States” and it’s a great way to use technology positively, as opposed to the Tik Tok brain rot.  

We don’t need advanced technology to do this, we need advanced thinking.  We need to align our intentions, and we need the spark to start, we need a seed round for project Manifest 5d Civilization.  Call it whatever you want.  Once it’s live the name calling will start, and panels of experts will be paraded on the TV news media, doing conferences and book tours about how investments in the government are finally paying off, and due to the cunning and expert calculations made by our leaders, we are now seeing the benefits of their benevolent leadership.  Some of us will buy that, others will have nausea – yet others like me don’t have a TV but here’s the point – Let Trump take credit for the Golden Age – let the Billionaires buy Billion dollar mansions and have their dogs nails polished in custom doggie spas in their penthouse.  Let everyone achieve the most crazy and wild fantasies they have – that’s what ascension is all about.  For some people freedom means not having to work every day and for others, it means something totally different.  For me, it means more time for reading, research, exploration, engineering, designing, meditating, taking courses, making music, films, hiking ancient sites, and philanthropy.  But I like the advice Jerry Wills once said – just do what makes you happy.  I’m not trying to convince anyone to be like me, or walk the path, or to be noble or righteous – and I don’t think that’s what this is about.  Earth is a learning platform and we all have a lesson to learn, even for Starseeds.  But I do think it’s important to have a framework, because Earth is so diverse, and we don’t want extremism, violence, jealousy, anger, greed, or other negativity to threaten our existence, to hurt others, or to create a toxic environment.

The first step to optimization of society is optimization of your personal life, needs, and so on.  One man, one household, one family – is the foundation of any civilization.  After paying for the highly overpriced and inflated costs of a good American lifestyle including private schools, good cars, a nice house, organic fresh foods and other simple luxuries, I’m going to self-impose an income cap by donating 90% (approximately) of all my above cap income to the Institute for Scientific Integrity and Legal Policy, in order to fund Intelligentism, and other projects.  Also I will be instituting a wealth cap on equity in my startups, such that ISILP will receive equity in my companies above this cap.

This will be done in a fully legal and compliant tax structure.  ISILP is a private foundation created for this purpose.  Once we see some results, my intention is to encourage others to join.  I want someone younger, smarter, and with better ideas to replace me, and so I can focus on what can matter the most – and attract more people to understand the value in this because here’s the real kicker.  When you give, you receive so much more.  We are a society of takers, assholes.  The government works with the Elite’s for one reason – they are the same.  They have the same myopic interests – grow their power, suppress innovation, oppress the masses.  They are bloated institutional excess who promote each others interest.  I’m the disestablishmentarianist and a huge believer in free markets, in freedom, exploration, in ascension and joy.  In a world with technology, we don’t need regulation in the traditional sense.  Those now selling regulation are another round of fearmongering into buying into another decade of Establishment domination.  In a Golden Age of Abundance, we don’t need a nanny state and we don’t need Monopolies or conglomerates, and we don’t need Think Tanks telling us what to think.  At the end of the day, I just want to enjoy my day, and I want you to do that too.
