West Wing/Bipartisan Rage Over Trump Getting Along with Putin

by Stephen Lendman (stephenlendman.org - Home - Stephen Lendman)

Shocking stuff! Surprising? Not at all! Bipartisan extremists infesting Washington intend no change in US hostility toward Russia - imperialism’s dark side along with its endless war on humanity.

Enemies are needed to justify what’s unjustifiable. None exist so they’re invented. America’s criminal class is bipartisan.

Trump is a scoundrel in his own right. He goes along to get along, exceeding the deplorable actions of the Clintons, Bush/Cheney and Obama, a rogue’s gallery of former leaders, disgracing the high office they held - Trump as well, all of them unaccountable for high crimes too egregious to ignore.

In Trump’s case, wanting to get along with Vladimir Putin and having improved relations with Russia is his sole redeeming attribute.

His high crimes of war and against humanity are considered OK. So is exclusively serving privileged interests at the expense of beneficial social change.

Getting along with Vladimir Putin diplomatically is practically called treasonous, an impeachable offense.

Bipartisan complicity in Washington prioritizes warmaking over pursuing world peace and stability. An unnamed Republican official called getting along with Putin a “nightmare scenario.”

Trump reportedly furious over lack of GOP and West Wing support capitulated to the likes of Pompeo, Bolton, Pence, White House chief of staff Kelly, and Republican congressional hardliners - backtracking on his Helsinki remarks about Putin to his disgrace, going along with what he categorically should have rejected.

Saying he misspoke abroad reflects presidential weakness, concurring with what’s wrong, failing to stand strong for what’s right.

A positive outcome of summit talks hoped for by peace and human rights activists vanished with his genuflective surrender to Russophobes infesting Washington.

Their agenda dominates US political discourse, its actions, and attitude toward the Kremlin and Vladimir Putin personally - a deplorable and hugely dangerous state of affairs.

On Monday, Former Obama regime CIA director John Brennan, Russiagate’s inventor, called Trump’s summit with Putin “treasonous,” adding:

“I thought that there was nothing Donald Trump could say that would shock me, but I was wrong. I was just totally shocked at the performance of Donald Trump in Helsinki at a press conference with Vladimir Putin. I just found that it was outrageous.”

Separately, he urged Pompeo, Bolton, Kelly, and other regime national security team members to resign, asking how “can they continue in their jobs?”

Brennan and likeminded present and former US officials reflect America’s deplorable state, its most dismal and dangerous in US history.

The War Party reigns supreme in Washington. Its two right wings champion endless aggression, deplore peace and stability.

They’re willing to risk the destruction of planet earth to own it. Trump has a choice - either go along with this insanity or risk impeachment and removal from office.

Or perhaps the Jack Kennedy final solution awaits him if he continues seeking improved relations with Russia.

His post-Helsinki remarks show he surrendered to deep state higher power running America.

Or maybe there’s a slim ray of hope in his geopolitical agenda, tweeting on Wednesday:

“Some people HATE the fact that I got along well with President Putin of Russia. They would rather go to war than see this. It’s called Trump Derangement Syndrome!”

Events ahead as they unfold will shed more light on his intentions toward Russia and Vladimir Putin.

Improved bilateral relations are unattainable as long as bipartisan neocons infest Washington. Is eventual nuclear war inevitable by accident or design?
