NYT Support for the Russia Did It Novichok Hoax

The Times is militantly Russophobic, assaulting the Kremlin with a steady stream of fabricated accusations.
Recent ones include nonexistent “Russian aggression” in Ukraine and Syria, false claims of annexing Crimea, Big Lies about MH 17’s downing, phony accusations of US electoral process meddling, and the latest cause celebre, the Skripal incident - a false flag disgracefully blaming Moscow for it had nothing to do with.
The Times: “The attempted murder of Sergei Skripal…with a deadly nerve agent may be the moment when (Russian) ‘plausible deniability’ has reached its limits. In fact, it now looks as if it is turning against its masters in the Kremlin.”
Shameful stuff, more evidence of escalating hostility toward Russia, likely more shoes to drop ahead, heading into unchartered territory, risking severe consequences.
The Times: “ ‘(P)lausible deniability’ empowers all sorts of…people (to) act under the Kremlin’s instructions; other times, they set out independently, trying to do what they think would please Mr. Putin.”
“They cannot always be successfully controlled, and they may inadvertently commit blunders or cross lines that the Kremlin did not want to cross.”
No responsible editor would let the above rubbish be published. Yet it’s featured in the Times report, another black mark on its sordid record of disinformation substituting for truth-telling.
The Times: “The attempted murder of Mr. Skripal has made the situation even worse…It is hard to understand why the Kremlin would want to escalate tensions with the West so intensely right now.”
It’s easy understanding why efforts continue to demonize Russia - part of longstanding US-led regime change efforts, wanting a nation it falsely calls its leading threat replaced by pro-Western puppet rule.
The Times: Russian “denials lack credibility. Now, the successful use of ‘plausible deniability’ in all the previous cases collides with the Kremlin’s current interests and contributes to the verdict: guilty until proven innocent.”
Under international, constitutional and US statute laws, defendants are innocent unless proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
It requires clear and convincing evidence, the highest evidentiary standard, according to due process clauses in America’s 5th and 14th amendments.
The 1215 Magna Carta states: “No free man shall be seized, or imprisoned, or stripped of his rights or possessions, or outlawed, or exiled, or deprived of his standing in any other way, nor will we proceed with force against him, or send others to do so, except by the lawful judgment of his equals, or by the law of the land.”
It means due process is inviolable - applying to nations and groups as well as individuals.
Russia is innocent of all the above accusations. No credible evidence proves otherwise.
Plenty of evidence proves Washington, Britain and their imperial allies guilty of high crimes of war, against humanity and genocide - accountability nowhere in sight.
