Wrongfully Accused Skripal False Flag Civilians Interviewed

by Stephen Lendman (stephenlendman.org - Home - Stephen Lendman)

Russian nationals Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshiro had nothing to do with the US/UK staged Skripal incident.

They’re civilians, not Russian military intelligence (GRU) officials, as falsely claimed by UK PM Theresa May. She lied calling them Kremlin hitmen.

She lied saying the March 4 incident in Salisbury, UK harming Sergey and Yulia Skripal was “almost certainly” approved “at a senior level of the Russian state.”

The Kremlin had nothing to do with what happened, a US/UK scheme, wrongfully blamed on Moscow and Vladimir Putin personally.

On Thursday, editor-in-chief of RT and Sputnik News Margarita Simonyan interviewed Petrov and Boshiro.

It’s to be aired soon, she said, explaining “(t)hey have answered all questions. All questions that you and I, as journalists, would think of in the first place, they all have been asked and all answers have been given.”

Both individuals have Russian passports only, not international ones for foreign travel, Simonyan saying:

“I did not look for them. More precisely, our editorial staff searched for them in the same way that all other professional media did: on social networks, through sources, etc,” adding:

“We even found a couple” of people with the same name. The individuals falsely accused by Britain “called me on my mobile phone.”

They wanted Simonyan personally to interview them - conducted in Russian, translated into English and other languages for widespread dissemination.

The interview followed Russia’s OPCW envoy Alexander Shulgin urging them to tell their side of the story publicly.

Putin called them civilians, stressing “there is nothing criminal about them.”

The March 4 Skripal incident in Salisbury, UK was a diabolical US/UK false flag, part of a longstanding campaign to demonize, weaken, contain, and isolate Russia - a harebrained scheme, along with others, risking direct confrontation between the world’s dominant nuclear powers.

It achieved heightened tensions alone. Since Russia was falsely accused of “aggression” in Ukraine, it’s become more resilient, self-reliant and independently strong while US influence wanes.

The Skripal incident lacked credibility straightaway, including the official falsified narrative, claiming father and daughter Skripal were poisoned by a deadly novichok nerve agent, a minute amount able to cause death in minutes.

Father and daughter Skripal are alive and well, held incommunicado by Britain to prevent them from explaining what happened - Russia denied contact with its own citizens.

The Big Lie persists, media scoundrels complicit in the scheme, reporting fake news, suppressing hard truths, serving as agents of diabolical interests.

Not a shred of evidence suggests Russian hitmen were responsible for what happened to the Skripals.

If a deadly nerve agent was released in a community, countless numbers of residents would die in minutes.

Only the Skripals and police detective Nick Bailey were reported ill, unaffected by a novichok or any other nerve agent - months earlier discharged from hospitalization alive and well.

The Skripal incident Big Lie won’t die - despite no evidence suggesting Russian responsibility for what happened.

A Final Comment

Petrov and Boshiro said they went to Salisbury to see Stonehenge, Old Sarum. Poor weather forced them to return to London, staying in the town only an hour.

Asked if they had novichok or other toxins with them, they called the false accusation “silly,” adding customs checked everything. They’re concerned about how the accusation against them changed their lives, Boshirov saying:

“When your life is turned upside down, you don’t know what to do and where to go. We’re afraid of going out. We fear for ourselves, our lives and lives of our loved ones.”

They had nothing to do with harming the Skripals, they stressed - more on their interview to be published by RT and Sputnik.
