Venezuelan Earthquake: Natural or Engineered?

On Tuesday at 5:31PM local time, a major earthquake struck northern Venezuela and the Caribbean - its epicenter in eastern Sucre state’s Cajigal de la Peninsula de Paria.
The US Geological Survey called it a 7.3-magnitude quake. The Colombian Geological Service measured it at 7.0 - 6.9 according to the Venezuelan Foundation of Seismological Research (VFSR).
There are no reports of victims so far. An initial tsunami warning was called off.
VSFR said the nation is vulnerable to seismic activity because of its “interaction between the Caribbean plate and the South American plate.”
“The zone of greatest seismic activity in our country corresponds to a strip of about 100 km wide, defined along the mountain systems of the Andes, the Cordillera Central and the Cordillera Oriental, places in which the main systems of seismogenic failures of the country…”
The quake was mostly felt around 400 miles east of the capital Caracas. States affected include Sucre, Carabobo, Lara, Bolivar, Anzoategui, Valencia and Portuguesa.
The earthquake occurred following the introduction of the Maduro government’s new economic plan to halt hyperinflation and improve economic conditions - a coincidence or geoengineered. More on this below.
Maduro’s plan is perhaps an impossible mission as long as US political and economic war on the country continues, and Venezuelans lack faith in their currency, inflation increasing around 100% monthly.
According to economist Mark Weisboro, something more than what’s been announced needs to be done.
Yet Trump regime economic war on the country undermines reform efforts, inflicting pain and suffering on ordinary Venezuelans, part of its regime change strategy.
The US High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) manipulates the atmosphere, climate, and weather for military purposes.
Potentially it can trigger floods, droughts, hurricanes like Harvey and Irma last year, tsunamis, forest fires, and power blackouts over wide areas.
The late distinguished scientific expert Rosalie Bertell called HAARP “a gigantic heater that can cause major disruptions in the ionosphere, creating not just holes, but long incisions in the protective layer that keeps deadly radiation from bombarding the planet,” adding:
HAARP is a decades-long “intensive and increasingly destructive program to understand and control the upper atmosphere.”
“(It’s) an integral part of a long history of (US) space research and development of a deliberate military nature.”
The “implications (are) alarming. Basic to this project is control of communications, both (their) disruption and reliability in hostile environments. The power wielded by such control is obvious.”
“The ability of the HAARP/Spacelab/rocket combination to deliver very large amounts of energy, comparable to a nuclear bomb, anywhere on earth via laser and particle beams, are frightening.”
Yet the public is told it’s “a space shield against incoming weapons (or) a devise for repairing the ozone layer.”
By modifying the ionosphere, HAARP can be hugely destructive. It can disrupt radar, other communications, agriculture, ecology, as well as financial and other markets.
Weather potentially can be manipulated to wage war, and perhaps cause earthquakes like the one striking Venezuela on Tuesday.
Was it geoenginered to coincide with the introduction of Maduro’s new economic program? Will other harmful environmental manipulation target the country?
In 1973, the US Senate adopted a resolution calling for an international agreement, “prohibiting the use of any environmental or geophysical modification activity as a weapon of war.”
Nixon ordered the Defense Department to review the military aspects of weather and other environmental modification (ENMOD) techniques.
During a 1974 Nixon/Soviet Russia Brezhnev summit, both leaders agreed to work on achieving “the most effective measures possible to overcome the dangers of the use of environmental modification techniques for military purposes.”
In May 1977, the UN General Assembly adopted the Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques.
In November 1979, the US Senate ratified the convention unanimously. In January 1980, it became effective - then systematically breached.
ENMOD can cause irreversible environmental damage - nothing so far done to stop the practice.
