“The Most Criminal Empire in the History of Mankind”

America qualifies for this dishonor hands down - at war on humanity at home and abroad for 241 years, exterminating its native people, working on everyone else it opposes.
Nazi Germany lasted 12 years, Stalin for 30, America a rogue state for nearly two-and-a-half centuries. Its deplorable record speaks for itself. Howard Zinn’s People’s History of the United States (in multiple updated editions) explains it brilliantly.
Will its last hurrah be catastrophic nuclear war? Will war on Venezuela be a warmup, political and economic war currently raging, making its economy scream, punishing its people.
Will shock and awe follow? Will marines storm the country? President Nicolas Maduro ordered Venezuela’s military to defend the nation from US threats saying:
“We have been blatantly threatened by the most criminal empire in the history of mankind.” Venezuela’s military must protect “every inch of the national territory.”
Humanity’s future “cannot lie in the threats of nuclear strikes or military invasions.” Venezuela is polar opposite America. It respects the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all nations.
It wages peace, equity and justice, not war and neoliberal harshness. It devotes over 60% of its resources for social benefits - low oil prices and US economic war causing enormous hardships.
America demands subservience from all other nations, wages wars and color revolutions for regime change against independent ones, imposes illegal sanctions on targeted countries, serves its privileged class exclusively, wages war on social justice, operates the world’s largest gulag, threatens nuclear war to enforce its will.
On Tuesday, Trump pressured EU regimes to impose illegal sanctions on Venezuela, roaring “(t)he citizens of Venezuela have endured immense suffering, poverty, starvation, and dangerous political unrest under Maduro’s oppressive socialist regime.”
Washington bears full responsibility for hammering the country aggressively, wanting its economy to collapse, Bolivarian social democracy to be crushed.
Democrats like Maduro are called “dictators.” Tyrannical regimes like America are called “democracies.” Trump is a caricature of a leader, a front man for US dark forces, a deplorable figure unfit for any public office.
The Organization of American States (OAS) is an imperial tool, doing Washington’s bidding. Its secretary general Luis Almagro disgracefully urged imposing tougher illegal sanctions on Venezuela.
An OAS document lied claiming “(a) dictatorial and illegitimate regime has established itself in Venezuela” - following its democratic referendum, establishing a National Constituent Assembly (ANC) to revise or rewrite the Bolivarian Constitution, authorized under its Article 347 stating:
“The original constituent power rests with the people of Venezuela. This power may be exercised by calling a National Constituent Assembly for the purpose of transforming the State, creating a new juridical order and drawing up a new Constitution.”
Almagro lied saying “(w)e have gone from the alteration of the constitutional order to the complete breakdown of the democratic order.”
“The fundamental components of democracy as defined in the Inter-American Democratic Charter have been systematically and repeatedly violated.”
Trump wants EU and Latin American nations allied with his campaign to crush Venezuelan social democracy, the nation ripe fruit for Western corporate plunder, Big Oil mostly benefitting if it’s returned to its bad old days.
Will US political and economic war on Venezuela explode to something hot? Will Trump aggressively seek regime change? The world’s largest oil reserves is reason enough for him to try.
