Putin Politically Assaulting the US?
Neocon Russophobe extremist Michael Morell served as the Obama regime’s CIA deputy director.
Its house organ Washington Post featured his ad hominem attack on Vladimir Putin – part of the broadsheet’s Russophobic campaign, along with cheerleading US wars on humanity.
Morell repeated the long ago discredited Big Lie, disgracefully claiming “Russia is conducting a pervasive campaign to weaken our democracy and influence this year’s midterm elections.”
No US democracy exists to weaken. Russia seeks cooperative relations with Washington. It’s conducting no anti-US campaign now or earlier. Claims otherwise are bald-faced lies.
Morell: There’s “no doubt that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s political assault on the United States continues unabated” – a bald-faced lie!
Morell: “How can we make Putin stop? (W)hat Washington has done so far…has not worked.”
“Stopping Putin is vital…because we must signal a stronger deterrence to other adversaries, such as China, Iran and North Korea.”
Calling these countries “potential aggressors” turned truth on its head while ignoring endless US wars of aggression – ongoing in multiple theaters.
US adversaries are sovereign independent governments bipartisan neocons in Washington want replaced by pro-Western puppet regimes.
No evidence suggests any foreign interference in America’s political process – not by Russia or any other country. Plenty of evidence shows Washington interfered in the political process of scores of nations worldwide.
Morell claimed the US must do more to protect against a threat to its electoral system that doesn’t exist.
He called for stiffer US sanctions on Russia than already illegally imposed, wanting them focused on harming its economy.
He’s a member of the so-called Committee to Investigate Russia (CIR), along with a rogue’s gallery of other notorious Russophobes.
They include former DNI James Clapper, former CIA and NSA director Michael Hayden, former DHS secretary Jeh Johnson, even actor, director, former All in the Family “meathead” Rob Reiner – still a “meathead.”
CIR is involved in “investigating” nonexistent Russian “hacking, Twitter armies, and fake news,” and efforts to “subvert” democracy – US specialties, not Moscow’s.
Morell and likeminded extremists consider world peace, stability, and mutual cooperation among all nations threats to Washington’s aim for unchallenged global dominance.
They support endless wars of aggression, humanity’s greatest threat if nuclear weapons are used one day to advance US hegemonic aims.
